A very useful widget, really! 🙂 and great work!

One request for a further feature: I would like to be able to exclude apps from being chosen by the widget. I use Smart Shortcuts to organize my apps on the home screen and everytime I choose an app that is not in the SmartWidget I counts the use of Smart Shortcuts. I would like to be able to exclude this.
A second request would be that the app itself could be started from the widget to adjust things.

    I hope I was understandable.

    • Hi Eveline,

In the upcoming version there will be an option to “blacklist” apps.
Regarding the second request, I will try to see if I can fit a button on the widget to launch the settings.

      Thanks for the feedback!

wow, that was fast! cool, thx 🙂 i’m looking forward to the update then 🙂

      • Haha! Perfect! That’s exactly what I was going to ask for.

One other possible feature: make it a resizable widget when used on Honeycomb?

      • it’s on my to-do list as well, but it will take a few versions. 🙂

Good idea but doesn’t seem to recognise any of my most used apps (is it coincidence they all seem to be Google)…Maps, Google Reader, Market, Listen. (UK Galaxy S2).

The option to show existing shortcuts is greyed out, is it meant to be?

    Blacklist will be useful.

    Thanks for your work.

    • The bug with the google apps will be fixed in the upcoming version.
If the option is grayed out then it means that it couldn’t read the home screen shortcuts from your launcher.
      which one are you using?

blacklist will come soon as well.

Just downloaded latest version and Google apps now appearing thanks.

        Currently using Go Launcher.

      • GO Launcher isn’t open source, so I’ve e-mailed the developers to see if they can help me interface with it.
        I hope they will answer.
        Thanks for the info.
